Gateway Sourcing is assisting in a search for an experienced Inside Sales professional with industrial equipment knowledge.  This is a full time, 8am-5pm in the office customer service and sales position.  The client company is well established over the last 40 years.  This is a casual business environment, but are consummate professionals when it comes to their clients.

Job Description:

This role will primarily be responsible for providing price quotes, entering product orders, facilitating order executions and providing general outstanding customer support.

This enthusiastic person will cross-sell and up-sell existing customers, and help identify new ones via phone, email and social media.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years Industrial Sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Technically inclined with MS Office and CRM/ERP software for order entry Willing and able to assist in shipping and receiving department.
  • Knowledge and experience with Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, to help promote product line.

LOCATION: Spanish Fort, AL  (not a remote position).

COMPENSATION:  This is a permanent position with an attractive base and commission structure.  Health benefits are very good with BCBS Platinum plan.  Vision and dental included.  401(k) eligibility after one year.
