Gateway Sourcing is assisting in a search for a Senior Human Resources Information Systems Analyst to support their employees located in Mobile, AL.  This position will be responsible for maintaining the company’s HRIS database. This person will provide end user support, education, and training as required to ensure successful HRIS outcomes.  Experience using Ceridian Dayforce highly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training to end users
  • Configure annual processes such as Open Enrollment and Salary Planning
  • Design, implement, and analyze reports to determine the overall trends of the organization
  • Ensure systems integration by collaborating and communicating with other end users
  • Complete configuration updates as needed to ensure the system support necessary for the company’s business practices
  • Assist in the preparation of custom and scheduled reports as necessary
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to ensure all related business processes are efficient and function as needed
  • Monitor weekly carrier feeds and troubleshoot as needed
  • Submit and monitor support tickets with Dayforce
  • Maintain employee files to ensure they are accurate and complete
  • Maintain HR information
  • Partner with communication department to write and post organizational announcements

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 5 years of HRIS or related Human Resources experience
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Practical experience and knowledge of employee benefit programs, including healthcare, 401(k), STD/LTD, Life Insurance, etc.
  • Previous experience in compensation or benefits administration, writing of job descriptions, employee counseling and policy development and interpretation.
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the HR field such as EEOC (Title VII), Fair Labor Standards, ERISA, EGGTRA, etc
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
