POSITION DESCRIPTON:

This position is responsible for the development and support of assigned applications.  This also includes program documentation, systems operating instructions, application user guides(s) and test plans in accordance with company standards and methodologies.  The position typically works with other IT team members, but may also work with business end users to gather requirements, provide training, or resolve issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Analytics
  • Experience in Manufacturing Enterprise and/or similar product development and support experience
  • 1 year experience working in the following Business Intelligence environments:
    • Tableau Server Administration & Support of Creator/Explorer Users
    • Microsoft T-SQL (v 2016 or later)
    • Informatica Power Center
    • Courses or experience in Data Schemas (Relational/ER, Dimensional)
    • Courses or experience in Data Warehousing structures and design
  • Experience working in the defining business and non-functional requirements
  • Experience developing and executing test cases for reporting/BI
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands change control processes
  • Ability to multi-task in a relatively small team environment

 Preferred:

  • Microsoft Team Foundation Server
  • Microsoft Visual Studio and Data Projects
  • Analysis Services (MDDB or Tabular)
  • SSIS 2016 or later
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
