Regional Vice President – (RVP)

Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to join their team. The candidate must demonstrate a background in customer focused retail service. Practical knowledge of Merchandising, Marketing, Team Leadership, and P&L experience are required.

The Company: The company is a very successful and well established concern. They have retail stores throughout the country and a history of success. They offer quality products and service as an oil change and light automotive repair service center.

Responsibilities:

Provides overall leadership and direction to 7-9 District Managers, who in turn oversee 8-10 stores each, to ensure store financial performance and guest service meets or exceeds company goals.

Leadership Skills-

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company
  • Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of designated region.
  • Review performance against operating plans and standards. Present weekly reports on performance as requested by senior management.
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Consistently manage teams to deliver against company’s KPI’s ( Net Sales, Guest Count, Labor, Guest Satisfaction, and Cost targets )
  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by providing mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program. Lead development in building high performance team
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Provide oversight and care for all company stores and assets. Maintain proper business controls across all business aspects (integrity, ethics, safety, store / grounds appearance, overall store atmosphere & operations)
  • Represent the organization with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Partner with franchisor counterparts to ensure alignment of purpose and maximize all available resources to grow the business
  • Identify and present growth opportunities within the region

 Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • 7-10 years experience working in a multi-unit retail environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to learn and utilize internal computer systems.
  • Attend, participate and conduct regional and/or market meetings.
  • Must possess effective and cooperative communication skills, including the ability to communicate with guests, teammates, co-workers, superiors and the Corporate office.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Locations:  Jacksonville, FL;

Travel: up to 50%

Compensation: $110K+ commensurate with experience and bonus eligible. The company also provides major medical health benefits and a 401K program.
