Job Description

We have a client looking to hire a Product Support Specialist to manage the development infrastructure for technical projects within their company.

The Company

This privately held firm employs thousands of people in helping assist customers all over the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct software testingConducts specific tasks on assigned projects or complete projects of limited scope with limited guidance from supervisor or team leader.
  • Participate in test plan development
  • Field support calls from end users
  • Document steps to reproduce software bugs and defects
  • Provide escalated technical support.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience conducting software testing
  • Experience documenting support activities in a ticket tracking system
  • Experience in a customer support role
  • Experience troubleshooting software applications
  • United States citizen or Green card holder

The Location

The position will be located in Mobile, AL. No relocation allowance is offered.

Compensation

The position is full time and pays $15 hour and includes full benefits.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.
