Job Description
We have a client looking to hire a high volume Recruiter. This position requires experience in recruiting for a staffing firm or employee leasing firm. A bachelor’s degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred. Other desirable experience and skill sets include a well-rounded background in benefits, employee relations, and knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The selected candidate will also have excellent communication skills, strong decision-making ability and a comfort level working with a diverse employee population.

The Location
The position will be located in Grand Prairie, TX (Dallas) and reports to the HR Director.
Responsibilities and Industry Knowledge
Source candidates by recruiting in internal databases and internet-based candidate search tools, as well as advertising. Functional HR areas include but are not limited to: employee relations, training, employment, EEOC regulations, labor relations, affirmative action and employment equity programs.
Travel Expectations
Extensive domestic. Travel may be very heavy, as much as weekly and for a week at a time.
Job Requirements
- Staffing or employee leasing industry experience (Absolutely REQUIRED, 2 years+)
- Willingness to travel extensively–be a road warrior
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in training classes of new hires and on-boarding
- High volume staffing/recruiting experience
- United States Citizen

Compensation:
Salary to $55K commensurate with experience; includes full benefits. This is a non-commission recruiting role.
